When an advertisement, sites, affiliate programs comes from you for verification, it happens, they can be rejected. If we reject something, we always try to describe the reason and what you can to do, to correct issue.
But, as we noticed, you may experience additional questions with the rejection. Now we have made it so that you can set them in one click. If you click on “Ask a question” a chat with support will open and the site number will be immediately quoted in it. The dialogue can always be continued by opening the chat by clicking on the icon at the top of the page.
In addition to this, on the edit page, we added the text of the reason for the rejection. Next to it is the same “Ask a question” button. So, you will not forget what exactly needs to be edited, and, if anything, you can always clarify something in support chat.
